1. Understand the origin and practices of the Labyrinth, which serves as an additional tool in spiritual exercises.

2. Experience the three walking modes of Veriditas (close method, open method, and 3R—release, receive, return), allowing a deep encounter with the Divine in the innermost recesses of the soul.

3. Engage in stone storytelling, engaging in dialogue with one's soul within the Labyrinth, listening to the whispers of the heart, thus drawing closer to the Divine.

4. Craft a paper Labyrinth, narrating life stories in detail.
