The labyrinth has long served as a mirror of the inner journey. As we walk its winding path, insights, memories, questions, and quiet recognitions often arise.

In this creative workshop, we explore the labyrinth as a reflective companion, using collage and guided prompts to engage with what emerges along the way. Working with a labyrinth image as a steady presence on each page, you will create a visual journal through collage, color, and reflective writing—capturing moments of meaning along the path: entering, turning, arriving at the center, and returning.

No artistic experience is required. The emphasis is on curiosity, reflection, and expressive exploration. Through handheld labyrinth meditation, guided prompts, reflective pauses, and creative process, we listen for what the labyrinth may be revealing in our lives right now. These journal pages become messages from the journey and reminders of what is unfolding within.

By the end of the workshop, participants will have created a series of visual journal pages reflecting their relationship with the labyrinth and the insights emerging from their own unfolding path.

This workshop is held over two 3-hour sessions, with a week in between—offering spacious time for creative exploration, reflection, and integration.
