I love the labyrinth. I love leading walks to help people connect and heal with themselves, with the Divine, and with the world. The labyrinth is a beloved teaching tool, a walking prayer path, a place to find healing and comfort and new insights into myself and the world. I offer the labyrinth to others to find that for themselves. I have created walks for seasons of the church calendar: Advent, Lent. I have created walks for retreat weekends. I love to offer on-line finger labyrinth classes using a different form of prayer each week and offering it as a journaling tool. The space and slowness the labyrinth offers are a gift to help us be our better selves and make a better world. It helps me to center and deepen and I offer that up to others in my workshops, retreats, and labyrinth walks.
