I believe that artistic outlets enhance quality of life. I pursue creative mindfulness and mindful creativity, and strive to help others to enhance their lives through creative and mindful pursuits as well. Thus, I have a passion for labyrinths and for Zentangle® and love combining the two in hands-on workshops. I have a cozy teaching studio in Knoxville, Tennessee that can accommodate 6 students, and I also teach in various community venues.

Mission Statement: Veriditas trains and supports labyrinth facilitators globally and offers programs and events to introduce and engage people with labyrinth walking as a pathway to personal and community enrichment,
healing, and growth.
