My approach to working with the labyrinth is deeply rooted in my heritage from Gotland, where the labyrinth has a significant presence. I view the labyrinth as a powerful tool for insight and transformation, and I often incorporate elements of ceremony and ritual to enhance the experience. By engaging in deep imaginings and focusing on the walk's specific intention, profound and meaningful experiences are co-created for each walk.
Music, poetry, journaling, and reflection are integral parts of my labyrinth walks, as well as tradition, myth, and meaning, adding layers of depth and introspection. Each walk is thoughtfully crafted to align with the intended focus, ensuring a personalized and impactful journey through the labyrinth.

Mission Statement: Veriditas trains and supports labyrinth facilitators globally and offers programs and events to introduce and engage people with labyrinth walking as a pathway to personal and community enrichment,
healing, and growth.
