Take a self-guided healing journey incorporating science-based tools from the fields of neuroscience and post-traumatic growth as well as the proven grounding and calming qualities of labyrinths. Following a post-traumatic growth map outlined by a 5-Circuit Labyrinth, Aubri leads you through eight half-hour sessions with a reflective practice to Breathe, Ground, Reflect, Connect, Feel, Imagine, Rewrite, and Soar.
More than four hours of newly recorded videos on the Veriditas Teachable platform allow you to work at your own pace with instructional videos modules, a printable handheld labyrinth, experiential exercises, and the option to post questions and comments online to connect with others.
You are invited to join us! If twenty people pre-register by December 21, 2023, Aubri will offer a free one-hour video conference in 2024 for participants to share their experiences, questions, and next steps. Course recordings will be available December 21st for you to begin the course and participate at your own pace.*
*Please note that as this is a pre-recorded self-paced class it does not count as a qualifying workshop for those seeking to attend Facilitator Training.
