Healthy people treat other people healthily. What is health? What is healthcare?

The first part of the workshop is the reflection of our own health and care for our own health by walking an indoor portable labyrinth when social distance and restrictions are observed. The second part of the workshop is the reflection of providing healthcare for others by using hand labyrinth finger meditation. Creative use of labyrinth walking is welcome to share.
