WEBINAR: Labyrinths in the School System with Betty Lopez Towey and Nathan Wiles hosted by Lauren Artress

Join Veriditas founder Lauren Artress and two faculty members on Monday, September 23 for the next webinar, Labyrinths in the School System.   Betty Lopez Towey and Nathan Wiles will discuss their experiences with placing labyrinths in public and private school systems, the benefits of labyrinth walks to students, teachers, and parents, and the practical design considerations for labyrinths in schools.  This webinar will provide you with the information and inspiration to bring labyrinths to your own school system. 

VIA members are invited to continue the conversation for thirty minutes after the webinar for a private opportunity to discuss the topic with guests.

About the Guests

Betty Lopez Towey has more than 20 years of teaching experience, including founding a progressive public school to support adults and children in in mind, body and spirit by incorporating the labyrinth in its development.  She was first introduced to the labyrinth at Silver Bay on Lake George in the New York area and had a profound personal experience that led her to begin her facilitator training with Lauren Artress n 2001.   Since that time her love for the labyrinth and education have continued to combine.  Currently she offers Veriditas Qualifying workshops and facilitator training and is an active member of the Spiritual Life Team at Silver Bay Conference Center  

Nathan Wiles is the founder of Innate Creations, an educating labyrinth building and design company. Nate brings 30 years of building and design experience as well as studies in Feng Shui and meditation to his business. For the past ten years his focus has been in both labyrinth designing and building.  His passion is to bring a secular understanding to the mystery surrounding us in the world, while increasing the labyrinth community through the education and collaboration with public schools, corporations and wellness facilities.
