WEBINAR: Enhancing the Labyrinth Experience with Symbolic Reflections: Soul Collage with Catherine Anderson and Lauren Artress

Join Lauren Artress and Catherine Anderson to learn more about the SoulCollage® process and how it can be used with the labyrinth. SoulCollage® uses images as a way to access our unconscious and our inner wisdom, and is a tool for integration after a labyrinth walk. The process allows participants to stay in their intuitive right brain as they express their experience by choosing images torn from magazines and collaging these on a card. No artistic skills are required for the process. Once the card is complete, we work mindfully with the images in a way similar to that of working with a dream. This can be a powerful and meaningful experience as what is hidden bubbles up from within our depths.
