Dreaming for the Earth: Women's Dream Quest with Judith Tripp

A Transformational Overnight Event

Join us for Jacksonville’s first Women’s Dream Quest. This beloved event, sponsored by Veriditas, the Voice of the Labyrinth movement, has been held in Grace Cathedral, San Francisco, for the past 28 years and has traveled all over the United States, Europe, and Australia.

The Dream Quest is a celebration of women’s spirituality, weaving the practices of many traditions. We will gather on the labyrinth, participate in psycho/spiritual exercises, sing, meditate, and dance our way through the evening. There will be time for a sharing circle and free time to explore art projects, to receive healing, to journal, and for personal labyrinth walks. We will sleep under a big tent, creating a field of dreaming.

Our theme will be Dreaming for the Earth. Already, women across the world have worked with this theme and felt a growing connection with their sisters around the planet. We will focus on what it means to be conscious, concerned stewards of our planet and remember how our indigenous soul has related to creation. We will enact a ritual of honoring our Earth, her elements and creatures. Please bring an item for our collective altar that represents your feelings about our planet.
