How does the labyrinth become a source for creating community within the larger community? How can the labyrinth offer a way to buffer anxiety and fear in today’s world? How can the diversities among us walk on common ground? This workshop offers an opportunity to learn more about the labyrinth, hear how communities are already using the labyrinth, and

vision possibilities within your own community.

Community cannot feed for long on itself; it

can only flourish where always the boundaries are giving way to the coming of others from beyond them — unknown and undiscovered [companions].    The Search For Common Ground: An Inquiry Into The Basis Of [Our Human] Experience Of Community (1971), Howard Thurman.
