Seasons of Change: Carrying Our Stories into the Labyrinth - a morning workshop

Labyrinth walking with a personal story offers us a way of learning other than the linear, empirical, didactic way of growing and evolving our lives.  In this workshop, each participant will sift through memories, using meditation and writing to identify a snippet of a story, a picture, a few words, or some sensation.  Each will carry this story fragment of memory through the labyrinth pattern.  Placing one foot in front of the other, which relaxes the body, quiets the mind and integrates our head and heart.  Our stories teach us wisdom and offer avenues to change, grow our lives and enhance personal and spiritual growth.

When combined with the afternoon session, this becomes a qualifying workshop for attending the Veriditas Facilitator Training that follows. 

Presented by Veriditas Master Teacher, Jo Ann Mast.  She is a speaker, retreat leader, teaching university and seminary curriculum and consulting with community and church organizations on a variety of major labyrinth projects.
