Join journeyman labyrinth builder and professional photographer Lars Howlett for an inspiring and insightful artist's talk reflecting on ten year's of experiments and explorations along life's winding path. Learn the principles for creating sacred space and how intention, design, proportions, materials, site, and alignment benefit the labyrinth and those who walk it. Sharing stories and a slideshow from his personal projects and pilgrimages to sacred sites around the world, Lars brings his passion for labyrinth design and building to the east coast for the first time in this presentation of encouragement for others to discover labyrinths for themselves. Presented as a two part lecture followed by a question and answer period, Lars provides this introduction and overview on the eve of a full day experiential workshop the following day.
