The beautiful little isle of Iona, Scotland, known as a place of pilgrimage for seekers over the centuries, provides the setting for a modern day pilgrimage for reflection, meditation and renewal of spirit.

Join us in a place and time to reflect on the lives of early Celtic figures in a space of historical mystery and meaning in the natural rhythms of day and night, as each participant reflects on our own journeys, our connections with land, mystery and meaning. We need time-out and time-in sacred space, for the healing formation of living in today's world. We will share chant and silence, reflection and renewal, walks and talks in the ancient paths and shores of Iona.

Together we share the journey of labyrinth to enfold our time here: One day pilgrimage walk to south shore stone labyrinth on Columba's bay, site of Columba's first step on Iona. We will also create our own creation of temporary seaweed labyrinth on north shore, to walk then be taken back into the sea. Each are reminders of our journey of life in this liminal setting of history.

Join us for this journey to a thin place, that you might revisit the turns of your own life and your place in the calling of the world today.

As it takes a half day to travel within Scotland to Iona, it is recommended that you plan to arrive in Iona on Sunday afternoon. Our opening session will be on Sunday evening.

Will be followed by Veriditas Facilitator Training on August 28, and 29. Pre-registration now open.

Accommodation and Meals are an additional charge.
Currently, rooms at the Argyll Hotel where the program will be held are fully booked. Below are some alternative options for housing:
