Sole to Soul: Walking the Labyrinth to Quicken the Spirit with Lauren Artress

In these busy, demanding times it is easy to lose connection to how Spirit is working in our lives. We can feel spiritually dry, “off” our path or our lives feel rudderless because we do not choose experiences that nourish our inner world and quicken the Spirit.

In this workshop, we will use small group discussions around chosen collage images to alight our imaginations about how we want to live our lives. We will walk the labyrinth to bring our longings into focus, identifying blocks, fears and the next steps we need to take to be of service to the world.
